If for example you follow an 1800 calorie diet and burn 500 calories on a daily basis you will lose about 2 pounds per month. The equation becomes (1500 – (1800-500) =200 calories saving per day which is equivalent to 6000 calories per month or around 2 pounds. How to start losing weight? : Setting a goal for yourself and try to have a general concept about the health weight loss, the most important part is about the insistence.
