The strategy about energy consumption

The China is calling for the new strategy to control the energy consumption. With the environmental pollution, the China government is set to unveil a plan to impose control energy consumption. The new plan with the target would be execute during the 2011 to 2015. The energy provides policy guidelines for the energy conversation and about the reduction of emission.
The 2012, it is a year that China has to deal with in the coming years, the continuing processes of the industrialization and urbanization would add the pressure to China to cutting emissions. China has set a target of cutting energy intensity - which is calculated as units of energy for each unit of GDP - by 16 percent by 2015 from the 2010 level. The controls on total energy consumption will be tougher indicators than the energy-intensity targets, because there are loopholes through which local governments can achieve their energy-intensity targets by expanding the GDP base accordingly. The controls will be allocated to provincial governments. The plan will not only have an impact on GDP growth but will also influence the energy structure and price. China laid out detailed plans to control greenhouse gas emissions in the coming five years, with the national target allocated to provincial governments.
The most important thing is about the financial support, the strategy would influence the China energy structures and prices. The energy products such as solar heater would use the nature resource like sunshine to settle down the bath and diary work, the soar heater also regard to the environmental products. As a top priority, China will actively nurture new consumption frontiers and optimize the consumption environment to boost its consumption capability and demand. We would like to make a balance between the financial and environmental friendly.
