The increased prices of milk after the milk scandals
|
As the facts , the increasing numbers of milk caused the food safety problems. The food problems become to make the public concerned. According to the new report, some milk manufactures express that they would like to increase the milk price. China’s three main milk producers will raise the price of some dairy products by as much as 10 percent.
The main famous milk producers would like to express views of that the increase prices for a while and the brand prices such as Mengniu , Yili and Sanyuan says the increasing price for temporary from January 1st 2012. The increasing range from 0.2 yuan on a 250 ml carton, comes just days after China’s biggest dairy company saw their shares plummet after tests on Mengniu milk discovered twice the accepted level of a cancer-causing agent. The cancer-causing milk made many customers disappointed about the Chinese food and I have been mentioned in article “The scandal of the food safety problems” The food scandals become serious problems.
The milk scandal make troubles for many people in China, What we can eat and the food we eat is safety or not it become a problem to make trouble for us. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on Saturday published the result of a random check of 200 dairy products in 21 provinces, and two products, including one manufactured by Mengniu, were found to contain excessive aflatoxin.
The Mengniu company release the information about the destroy the unqualified milk products, While the national standard allowed a maximum of 0.5 micrograms carcinogenic content in a kg of milk, the official test found 1.2 micrograms of the toxic substance in the Mengniu sample. The sample product was a 250 ml pack of pure milk produced on Dec 18, according to the test result published on the website of the general administration. The serious problems about the milk are easily to the incidence of liver cancer, which is not cure easily. The carcinogen can accumulate in the human body and is resistant to heat.
The representatives of Yili clarified that increase the price is nothing to do with the food scandal ,due to the fluctuating price of raw materials. The key worlds of the food scandal in 2011 is the milk problems and food scandal. It is a fact the increasing price is bad for the market expansion and promotes the competitive in the same market.

It seems that China food system suffers from many problems and the food traded in the international market cannot meet the Chinese market demand. Living on a boat with a baby
|
It seems to be a ridiculous that living on the boat in the high pace of industry development, Many people facing the pressure about the boring repeat time, many people would like to choose the travelling all over the world to relax. It is hard to image that the life on the boat. The life is return to the old times. It is difficult for babies to live on the boat without nutrient and milk powder sharing the experience about the life on a boat from the baby pregnancy and introduce the detail in the baby care.
Pregnancy
Experiencing pregnancy on the 30′ sailboat had its challenge – I’m sure that goes without saying. When I was pregnant with The Boy, we were still living in a house in the city. We would take the boat out for a sail now and then. Eventually ‘T’ would have to go on these little trips by himself. You see morning sickness and sea sickness seem pretty closely connected. Suffice it to say we had to have a pail handy and those sea bands really didn’t help me. As time went on, the issue was not morning sickness, but just the general tossing and turning of the boat in the waves while sailing. It was just uncomfortable to be a passenger.
Later when we discovered we were expecting The Girl (well we didn’t know it was a girl at the time, LOL!), we were living on the 30′ sailboat. At first it really wasn’t any different than living in a “dirt dweller’s” home. The boat was stable enough while at the dock so it didn’t have any effect on the morning sickness. As time wore on, however, it did become more difficult climbing in and out of the boat, down the companionway and of course up into the v-berth. Eventually I slept on the settee to avoid having to climb up into the v-berth.
During the last month of my pregnancy, we moved onto the boat we are on now – the 40′ River Queen Cruiser. The only issue I noticed on this boat was that once we put the frame and plastic up for the winter, it was difficult for me to squeeze that belly down the side of the boat to the doorway to get inside!

Labor on this boat was probably no different than in any other home. We timed the contractions and then left for the hospital at the appropriate time, leaving my mother to care for The Boy. 2 days later, we brought The Girl home to live on a boat!
Bathing
Baby bathing on the smaller sailboat was a little more challenging than our current situation. It was something we just got used to however, so it really wasn’t much of an issue. We had a simple white plastic baby bathtub. Since there was no shower aboard, in the winter we hauled warm water to bathe him in it. We simply laid out towels and set it up on the settee and gave him his bath there. Other times either one of us would carry the baby bathtub with us to the marina showers and set it up in the shower stall. Sometimes it seemed easier to do this. I would have my shower while the baby was in the bathtub right beside me.
In the summertime, we would either do the same as above or even put the baby bathtub in the cockpit and bathe him in there. We didn’t have warm water though, so we’d boil some hot water on the stove to add to his bath water or haul it from the marina.
On the larger boat, we still use the baby bathtub. We have the luxury of having a shower stall now! The baby bathtub actually fits on the floor of the shower stall. During the winter, we would either haul warm water for their baths, or bring them up to the marina showers as we used to do. In the summer, we have hot water right from the pressurized taps (another luxury!), so they bathe on board in the tub set in the shower stall.
Apart from the home applicants on the boat, the baby who living on the boat would free from the noisy city life and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the board, the boat life would give the baby a comfortable life without air pollution.
