The ban on China TV commercials

It is fact that the media channel is the platform of the commercial, we often see the advertisements on the television. Obviously, the TV gives much more financial opportunities to the commercial and businesses. The popular advertisement established the brand of the enterprises. In the recently news, China’s top broadcasting watchdog has ordered a national ban on all TV stations against commercials during TV dramas. The new ban will take effect on the January 1st, 2011 and all the TV station should rebuild or rearrange the programs and delete all commercial set to air during TV dramas or will face the relevant punishment. Earlier reports show TV stations have mixed responses to the long-rumored ban. East China's Jiangsu Television and North China’s Tianjin Television both made it clear that they will follow the ban, while China Central Television (CCTV), Beijing Television and Shanghai's Dragon Television said they hadn’t received any notice and declined to reveal their stance, according to Beijing News. The micro blog has made the survey in Sina.com to have an investigation about the people in the ban attitude. In the investigation, about nearly10, 000 respondents expressed their opinions about the commercial TV bans, the commercials TV made them feel boring and cannot bear with the boring TV commercial and support the policies about the TV commercial ban and like fragmented TV dramas are inserted into a non-stop relay of different advertisements, ruining the viewing experience. Still, 11 percent of respondents oppose the ban on the grounds the market shouldn't be subject to excessive administrative regulations. Some voiced their concerns on whether local TV stations will abide by the ban as it will allegedly cost 20 billion yuan ($3.13 billion) in lost advertisement revenue. The new TV commercial ban will make a good entertainment environment for the TV programs and ban the sex-related commercial on radio and TV. But it will be a loss in the commercial advertisement and we know the advertisement in CCTV or Hunan TV has great income about the advertisement. On another hand, the audience would enjoy the non-stop reply of the TV programs is pleasure. Manufacturers & Suppliers – Herostart.com Tag: TV dramas , TV commercial ban, CCTV
